Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time (changes take effect immediately, prorated billing applies). If you need to downgrade, we'll help you transition at your next renewal date. Contact us to discuss plan changes.
What if I only need SORA or only Mission Assurance?
We bundle both products because most operators use them together—SORA for CASA approvals, Mission Assurance for daily mission planning. However, if your operation only requires one product, contact us and we'll work out a plan that fits your specific needs.
Is my data secure? What about CASA compliance?
